We collect information that you provide when you visit our Website, and complete and submit the Libera Group Intake Form. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to:

You can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in certain Website-related activities.

- Providing information for peer support sessions;
- Confirming your location for peer support sessions;
- Fulfilling your requests for peer support sessions;

- Employees and Volunteers: We may share your information without our organization with our employees and volunteers to support and enhance the services requested by you and to improve your overall experience on the Website. Because we provide services across West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, and Kentucky, our employees and volunteers use your information to locate peer sessions in your region. All employees and volunteers who have access to such information have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Rest assured that they are authorized to use your information solely to provide the requested services.
- Protection of Rights and Safety: In good faith, we may disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, ensure the integrity of the Website, or safeguard your safety or the safety of others. This includes situations where we need to detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violations of our Terms of Use, violations of the law, or other forms of misuse of the website.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the collection and use of your information by third-party websites and applications that are beyond our control. Please submit any such request (“Request Concerning Personal Information”) to any one of the following:

We will use reasonable efforts to deal with your request within a reasonable time. If you send a Request Concerning Personal Information by mail, then please do so by U.S. Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested to allow for confirmation of mailing, delivery and tracking. Libera will not accept a Request Concerning Personal Information via telephone or fax. Libera is not responsible for any Request Concerning Personal Information that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly sent.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your personal information, and for keeping your personal information current and correct.
Parental Consent
Our Website is intended for use by individuals of all ages. Libera collects personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18) in accordance with federal, state, and local law. Libera only collects personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18) parental consent. If we obtain personal information through the Website from a person under eighteen (18) years of age provided without parental consent, we will delete that information.
Furthermore, if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, then you (or your parent or legal guardian) may at any time request that we remove content or information about you that is posted on the Website.
